Worst Service ever
This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was supposed to get the bus at 5: 30am. They were telling it’s half an hour late, then it became 1 and then Finally the bus came around 6.30am The bus was AC- Semy Sleeper. After getting in we found the seats to be very dirty. Even after complaining the helper said it’s clean only. Many other passengers and also I noticed that the bus KA51 B 407 is running only 80kmph we asked driver about it he telling like the speed of bus is locked on 80kmph As if this all was not enough, The driver was driving as if he is drunk, The whole day we were jumping and rolling on the seats. And also that shitguy using abusing language with passengers, they are taking seats between rout without giving any ticket they guys are making there own money using wrong way in this condition the legal customer like me are not safe during journey I suggest never ever book a ticket in this Seabird Travels. Its totaly bullshit.
