I have been using Seagate 500 Gb external hardisk for 6 years and this product is totally satisfying and useful. While transfering data it work perfectly well and the rate of data transfer is also high as compared to other products.
There is also an inbuilt application which provides a feature of 2 Gb cloud storage. You can store any data in this cloud storage which you can access anywhere in world. The design of this product is very stylish and convinient to carry which makes it easy to carry along anywhere you go be it your office or your college.
The service provided by seagate is very good. They provide excellent customer service as and when required. There was some problem with one hard drive of my friend, he went to get it replaced under warranty and it was replaced easily.
Even my hard disk once fell into a bucket of water, I was really scared as it contained my most important data. I took it out from bucket and kept it under a blow dryer. After getting dry it is working completely fine.
This product is total value for money. It seems a bit costly while you buy it but it proves to be best in it’s field.
