I would never suggest this Segate Expansion 2 Tb External Hard Drive. Just because it is worthless ever. It is bad product. It will be totally useless after completion of warranty. Even we are not able to get it fix the problem. It have many problems. I take 4 time replacement within 2 years. Because it get stopped working after some time. I have many important data and secure information.
I have lost everything. Because it get crashed internally. It does not work even connecting to the PC. It really have lack of features. The material is also not good. It have low speed. It gives good speed in starting. But when we fill the data and we use it after a month it gives slow speed. It gets slow.
Style and design is also not so good. It should be more small. And the service and support is good, but they don’t provide the repair service, they only provide the replacement in warranty. If it was crashed then it is useless. Performance is not enough, it could be more better. I would not say that it is value of money. It is worthless product and waste of money. I would never recommended this product to anyone.
