My friends and me decide for a trip lakshdeep cruise . We book and paid in advance. They collect money from us but don’t book and cancel the trip in the last few days .
They collect the money from costumer but forgot to book.
Finally could not go for trip lakhshdeep cruise.
And during refunding we also not feel comfortable.
Their refunding process are delay . After calling lot and mailing we got our refund in 20days .
So my recommended for others very carefull.
