Please never do booking with SEAGATE holiday homes(LaKSHA139dweep Holidays, Abdul Salam). They are fraud. With only motive of duping tourists with their money.
I got to know about them via SPORTS. SPORTS have listed them as authorized agency for booking.
I paid them 30, 000 advance for booking for swaying palm package Minicoy Island for the date 17-01-2017. Advance was paid on 8th Dec. on their confirmation, I booked my flight tickets from Delhi to Kochi
On calling SPORTS, I got to know there was no booking on my name. SPORTS confirmed NO booking on my name, neither received any booking amount from SEAGATE.
I called agent Abdul multiple times, sent SMS and email but there was no response from SEAGATE agency or him. He just talks softly and gives nhassurance of booking or calling back but doesn’t takes any action.
I asked SPORTS to block SEAGATE agency. And to take needed action against their malpractices. But till date, I haven’t received any response from SPORTS.
On escalating the matter to SPORTS and deputy collectors of LaKSHA139dweep, they refunded my advance amount on 11th Jan 2017.
SEAGATE/Abdul/LaKSHA139dweep holidays are highly unprofessional and unethical. Please don’t fall prey to them.
