Seagate is one of the most trusted brand in memory storage. It also manufacture good storage HDD. and portable HDD. Most go through lots of QCs but few also get defective even after QCs. I too faced such a problem when I purchased a 1TB portable HD for my personal use. It stopped working just after few days after purchase.
I complained this to one of the costumer care and quickly responded and exchanged with 2 TBs of the same. I am really happy with the company’s generosity, and I highly recommend to purchase any kind of HDD from this company.
