Sears Holdings India is the best company I have ever worked with. This came out big way with mega success of the annual fest which was a total runaway success. The event was organized by the company employees and had 5 hours of complete fun.
Dance, drama, songs, faishon shows and kids events were fantastic and we could see joy and energy on teh face of every employee. The best part was the fact that the company invited all of employee families and even made them participate in the event.
30 days of practice for the event, involvement of all of management team at every level and endless free food packets were a big success. We also inaugurated our new 600 seater new office block at EON - Kharadi in Pune. The Global CIO - Keith Sherwell inaugurated the new building and the evening cultural fest, named "ZEST".
What I know is the fact that Sears India is a fabulous company and we all enjoyed every moment preparing for the event. With a lot of US team members and the CIO himself coming to India often, we see Sears India doing a big work in coming months.
Our CEO - Alok Kumar is a real down to earth person and leads the team from the front. Congrats to the entire team for completing one year and growing so fast.
Sears India will be double the size by next year for sure.
For all those who want to join, please do so. I am refering several of my friends as company offers good money for referals too apart from a great future. Only issue is that the selection is real tough and only the best are selected. (That is why I am with Sears ;-).
