Please never order anything from Sears online.Last year, a refrigerator was ordered by me one week before Christmas and the delivery didn’t result till 24th Dec, 2019.On contacting Sears, I was told as, "It was a manufacture delay".A new delivery date was given dtd.02/01/2020.Week after week, four delivery dates resulted and they asked me to cancel my order and opt for that’s in stock.If they didn’t have the item in stock, why did they take my money.When the special was on in December, they could have given me the option of choosing during that time only.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!I have filed a police complaint now against the fraudsters of this company.
