I ordered an outdoor shed from Sears.com with the website claiming delivery within 3-5 days. They charged my credit card the same day, and here it is over 2 weeks later and I have nothing. Calls to customer service and the local store were frustrating and a waste of time.
I also sent customer service over 100 emails and receive no response. I thought that a major company would be much more customer friendly, but I was completely wrong. This is why I havent shopped at Sears in years, and will never buy even a pack of gum from them again.
I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC already, as well as hammered them on every message board I can find. A call to my lawyer has started the process, but it will take time and a lot of hassle to get my money back.
Never, ever, ever, ever buy anything from Sears!!!!1
