They advertise items they don't have!!!

I found an airtank for a decent price on sears.com.  I ordered it on 3/3, received a email from the warehouse that it was sent on 3/15 to a store in my area.  The store never received it.  The warehouse says to call the store--the store says to call the warehouse.  Meanwhile, I have the charge on my credit card.  I’m not going to mess with it too much--I tried.  I now have to issue a buyback on my credit card and look for another air tank.  I’ll never hassle with Sears.com again.

After reading all the negative reviews I’m sorry I gave them a chance.  I’m not going to give them a chance to burn me twice!  Good luck.  I also tried to deal with sears customer service--they just referred me to the store.  It’s actually quite hilarious.  It’s a vicious circle of time wasting for their customers.  I did research on the executives of the company and found they’re closely affiliated with KMart.  Surprise.  Buyer-beware.
