Pathetic mall, pathetic floor supervisors, floor managers on -1, 0 and 1. No basic decency of keeping toilets open in the morning. People have to beg to the floor supervisors who are there to open the bathrooms, their answer is " Men steal the bathroom stuff, so we only open women’s bathroom". What kind of logic is this? Old people who have issues walking and come in the morning are told to walk up to the 3rd floor to urinate. Escalators don’t work in the morning. People are sleepy, managers do not do their jobs and simply loaf around with walkthrough talkies doing nothing. If you are going to accuse all men of stealing from gents washroom, why is the ladies washroom open and gents closed? Why does the floor manager give reason that "Men steal washroom stuff so all washrooms are closed till 10 am" The mall managers are a shame and incompetent. They do not get any job done. Most pathetic experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with such shabby mall place washroom inconvenience. Incompetent, lazy bunch of mall administration. Not worth a penny and waste.
