Too much business than service.
Pros
Doctor Ayesha is the good doctor.
Visited couple of times, attitude and care is unchanged.
Background
Optical store inside clinic, owned by ayesha husband . Maintained by staff Manjula.
Manjula intially test your eye power and shares readings to doctor, she creates rappo with patients. In Manjulas absence Receptionist records your eye power.
Cons
Receptionist untrained records wrong most of times, though she is recultant but has no choice apart from obeying doctor Ayesha.
Once patient is out after consultation, Manjula starts the show. She will compell you to buy 6000 to 8000rs branded frames. If you are working guy you cant deny this advice. When your stubborn for non branded, she targets 3500rs(lens+frame) for short sight. She will always say she is charging less and not charging tax(gst). I never understand how this works. When you turn down buying specs there, you will be offered a reasonable price.
She potrays herself empathateic and mercyful in reality she is very much manipulative, over confident. Better to buy specs in outside shop
Honestly speaking, its not worth paying 3200+ for non branded specs. And power changes quite often, 6months again consultation 500, lens 1500+
In my personal opinion i feel Business is Dominating Service. For saudi and high class the price is ok here.
