I got introduced to the serial Seinfield in the late 90s and ever since, its been entertaining me almost regularly. Everytime I get a chance to watch it, I make sure I don’t miss it ....it’s really humorous, really is !!!
Seinfield is a show about four friends in New York. Though named after one of the characters, all the four friends have an equal role. Like they claim, it is a show about nothing.
Jerry Seinfield -> Apparently, the only normal guy of all of’em. Jerry is a stand up comedian creating a pilot with his friend George for NBC. He is sarcastic at times, which makes his comments enjoyable.
George Costanza -> The loser of the four, George, is somebody a lot of people may be able to relate to one point or the other of their life. His jokes about being Bald is amazingly funny. He has a crush on actress Marisa Tomei, which was shown in a couple of episodes.
Elaine Benes -> She’s one character that goes a little overboard. I mean, She is loud, naive and at times a little irritating. I think, , if at all, there is a flaw with the serial, it might be in her casting.
Cosmo Kramer -> ECCENTRIC. Really !! A tall bloke doing slapstick things, he’s a real nice natured guy, with no job. He is also Jerry’s neighbor and poor ol’ Jerry has to put up with all his antics !!
Other characters like Newman, Jerry’s parents, the lawyer are cleverly done. The credit for the show must go to the writers who have done an amazing job !!
