I would like to call America the land of comedians - and really good quality comedians
Among them is - Jerry Seinfeld
He and Larry have done a fantastic creation in the form of this sitcom
With Seinfeld is his friend Geroge, next door neighbour Cramer and a former girlfriend Elaine .and among the other characters is a guy in the same building Newman . man these guys are terrific .
Seinfled was on air for 9 seasons .
Hey if you are a fan of American Comedies try FRASIER too.it has 11 seasons.this too is a brilliant sitcom.
Among the ALL TIME GREATS is Geroge Carlin . however he did more of standup .so you can get him on youtube .
Among the current greats is Bill Maher
Then there is The Daily Show - Jon Stewart .
And the greatest MAS*H
But does MAS*H qualify as a sitcom
Now MAS*H - I would not like to call it a sitcom . and hey can anyone be better than Alan Alda .? hmm .
There is a British Comedy by BBC .COUPLING.a sex comedy it is superb. a cracker
