I don’t recommaned anyone to rent cars from this place. they ask for visa card details for booking a car, and once you give them details they start deducting money without informing you or asking for your permission. They gave me excuses like fuel level, Salik charges, fines and other things and they kept deducting money every week for no reason. I had to call every time to know why they are deducting money without permission or even details!
So finaly I had to block my card, and when I asked for my deposite money to be returned, they charged me extra 250 AED because they will transfe the money to a different account not the original one! if I’m sending the money to china it wouldn’t cost me 250 AED.
So in short they are theives, they find their ways to steal your money with unreasonable excuses and without your permission!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! go directly to rent a shop place they even have better deals than this brocker!
