Sen & Pandit Voltage Stabilizer is a product that I recently purchased, and if I could give it zero stars, I would. After having it installed in my home, it failed to do its job of stabilizing the electrical voltage. It was supposed to keep the voltage in my home steady, but instead it fluctuated wildly.
On top of that, the customer service I received from Sen & Pandit was terrible. Even after I explained the issue and had it returned to them, they were unable to solve the problem. I was given a runaround and they kept insisting that the voltage stabilizer was working properly.
The unit itself also felt cheaply made and flimsy. It was made out of plastic, which felt like it could break easily. The buttons were very sloppily placed and it was difficult to tell which one did what.
I am extremely disappointed with the Sen & Pandit Voltage Stabilizer. I wasted my hard-earned money on a product that not only failed to do its job, but was also poorly made and had terrible customer service. I would not recommend Sen & Pandit Voltage Stabilizer to anyone.
