I booked a bouquet on 13 th feb, they didn’t inform me on 14th, the whole day phone was busy that is so called customer care,
Track your order feature in website was not working.They have live chat feature in which support team can not track your order.
Finally valentines gone but product didn’t deliver.I wrote mail regarding status they didn’t reply till 48 hrs, still awaited.
I don’t know they will refund my money or not because nobody is in direct picture.Please be aware to purchase anything from them.
They are cheaters and frauds.
