Week or 1 month and sennheiser service center is more than awsome they just check in frunt of you and it get replace in a minute they dont even say that come after some days then need just 2 minutes to bring the earphone from back office where they keep the earphone to replace I would like recommend to all of youall take sennnhiser and be in music life .
