I am a headphone lover with the rule of "Brands in Budget" which means I am not buying local or non branded headphones/handsfree but go for the good brands with fair prices.
Sennheiser is one of my favorite brand. I remember I’ve bought the first-time Sennheiser in 2012.
As I said I am a Headphones lover. I’ve bought this for my wife in July 2018.
I am writing this because I was just sent this to replace it as its in under warranty and giving some issues after almost 2 years.

And, I personally love this about warranty and services. As I am living in Delhi and Working in Gurgaon, Sennheiser’s Service Centre is just 2 km away from the office. The best part is they just replace the product within an hour.
When you’ll start using this, you’ll feel it’s like a premium headphones/handsfree you’re using.
Particularly, there is one missing thing in this CX180 handsfree which is Mic. You cannot talk if your phone is in your pocket. And this is not just with this handsfree, there are so many other products also. It can be their marketing strategy because some people do not like the mic.
The good thing about this, the price is less if they’re not providing the mic so it can be cool. But, if you’re going to buy, please check first.
TIP: You can easily buy from Flipkart, Amazon, and other websites with heavy discounts. Retailers will sell this brand very costly.
