I brought this product last year and is using it on a daily basis. It’s robust, good looking and portable. By analyzing any E commerce site you can see the CX180 ranked top among other headsets. The main reason behind is the brand value and the performance of the product. This model has been on the market for quiet a long time and have lots of users by now.
The design comprises the bud and wire black in color and the head part is given a ash color. The pin is 3.5mm and is compatible with any samrtphones or other gadgets in the market and also the upcoming ones. The main attraction about this headset is the balance between the base and the treble. The base is not killing the treble, which is the main defect seen in most of the headsets in this price range, But not on CX180.
The packaging is good and is consist of the headset along with the 3 pair of earbuds. The choosing of earbuds is crucial. The best fit for your ears will give the best base and treble range. The headset doesn’t comes with a mic, but it’s not an issue for me because I use this mainly for listening to music rather than calling.
The headset doesn’t comes with noise cancellation but with noise isolation. You can here a small static noise while the music ends and next track begins. But it won’t come while the song is playing. Also the wire of the headset is not anti tangle type which is a let down. Because it gets tangled a lot. Apart from that it is perfect for me.
I purchased this headset for 800 INR and still it is a good deal for me.
