Hi friends, I wanted to share my personal opinion about Sennheiser ear phone.
I bought this ear phone over Shopclues as they were offering it on a big discount sale. I was pretty impressed with the product. the style of the product is good but the performance of the product is very poor. It produces crackling noise when plugged in to my mp3 player. it really spoil my music listening entertainment. the making of the ear phone is so sensitive the wire solder got damaged. I went to the shopclues back and asked them either take back the damaged product and refund the money or get a replacement. He said he will try to get a replacement one. it’s been a month and I’m still waiting for the replacement. when I checked back they just asking me to wait. this is ridiculous, if get my money back already I can buy a different product. I’m helpless and lost money. Very disappointing with the product.
