Pros:

1. Very flexible and sturdy.

   
   




2. Freq. response awesome.

   
   




3. Many reviews said about low sound, but it is not the case. If you are using this with your mobiles, just adjust your equalizer properly and you will experience awesome sound level.

   
   




4. Headphones fit on the ears comfortably. Can be used for long hours without irritation or sweating.

   
   




5. Wire length: 3 meters(pro for me at least)

   
   




6. Cheap with similar features as HD 201

   
   

cons:

1. The ear covering cussion becomes a bit flatty after some days. But, it is easily available to replace.

   
   




2. It is said lightweight, but it is a bit bulky.

   
   




3. Not suitable for travel as wire length is 3M and headphones look big over head.

   
   




4. 180° twist of headphones is not there, so you cannot turn it outside to listen from just one side.

   
   

Summary:

Go for it if:

you are going to use them for indoor purpose, for your electric guitar,

you want good performance for less price,

not taking it out with you

and don’t want an attractive piece.
