My dentist suggested this to me when I had root canal treatment. It has been 4 years since I am using it and I can say that it is very effective . My teeths were slightly yellow and now it so shiny and white. This toothpaste is slightly costly as compared to others but it is fine if it provides these many benefits. There has been no tooth ache since the time I am using this and I am really happy with it and also I would suggest this to everyone
