Its my first time to write any negative review. Serco has been providing very good job opportunity. But once selected, the HR behavior I experienced with Serco, Madapur, hyderabad. They just won’t talk but they bark. Definitely not educated or something(manners) lacking in them.
If any of the Serco higher authority reading this, please give them some training on how to talk over phone and how to behave professionally. I’m really surprised that how come they are getting these much business. If you want to check the validity of this review you can just make a call right now and talk and then see. How nicely they will insult !
