Having used Set Wet Gels and having see my brother use it too, I won’t actually recommend it to anyone.
First of all, its constant application causes tremendous hairfall. After you apply it, it clogs up your hair and when the gel has dried up, its makes your hair very hard. Your hair tend to lose their strength, shine and silkiness.
I would actually recommend using Coconut Oil rather than any gel. I used to use SET Wet gel earlier, but switched over to Parachute After-shower gel. Yes, I agree SET WET gives you good spikes on your hair but it takes a heavy toll on your hair.
Using Set Wet Gel once is a while is fine, but you shouldn’t make it a habit. Otherwise, you would be left with no hair at all in a span of 5-10 years.
