Once the patient comes for a consultation in OPD in Seven Hills Hospital they were sending to the medical officer for the complete patient data collection and later the medical officer is suggesting the doctor according to the problem. And they were completely utilizing the electronic records and made the hospital paperless. The concept of OPD consultation they are following has to be appreciated even though it is little lengthy but from a patient point of view it is very useful.
Now a days in hospitals they are trying to complete the consultation with in minutes if possible in seconds. Because of this the problem of the patient is not properly diagnosed. As a common man I think most of their prices are very economical when compared to the other hospitals in mumbai who are with standards. Awareness of the OPD concept for the patient should be properly made understood by him.
