I have sent this feedback today to Seventymm:
The DVD delivered today "Lock, Stock & Two Stocking Barrels" has scratches on it. The DVD delivered before this one "There will be Blood" also had scratches on it. Both the DVD didnt run on my DVD player.
I have previously complained about the pathetic quality of your DVDs and I was assured you will carry out the quality check on DVD delivered. I intended to cancel my subscription before but I trusted unreliable people like you.
You evidently cannot improve and neither do you want to. "Service" is an alien concept to you & customer care is all about making fraudulent statements intended to deceive the customer.
Problem with Seventymm:
Bad quality of DVDs: Almost 80% of the DVDs have a problem;
Non-availability of VCD/DVD: Since May 20, I have posted requirement ofRab ne Bane di Jodi, but they still havent delivered the DVD, after a lapse of more than 2 months. This is not a one off case; but the whole story!
Poor Service: Either you cant reach them over the phone or if you reach them, you get false assurances. and you wont get a penny back, even if there is no services worth the name!
