Unfortunately I am a customer of seventy mm. I had subscribed for movie rental services and in return I was suppose to receive a movie DVDs pack as a gift . I kept complaining about the gift delay but no result . Gift had not been delivered to me and eventually the rental service had been discarded.
I received a promo code of 1000 rs in return which I tried to utilize in shopping and booked a shoe online worth 1316 rs on 3rd Feb. It was again suppose to be delivered within 7 working days which did not happen this time as well as expected.
Again the chase began, I called your support center to get it checked but the agents had no clue about it neither they were ready to transfer the line to the supervisor.
They committed me a call back within 48 hours which I never received . Another agent says that I will again take another 10 working days to get it delivered.
Can anyone please help me getting rid of Seventy mm?

How many time I will call your support center, I get new commitment everyday. some say that you will receive a check of 1000 rs some of them say it will get transferred into your account. I want to end this chase now, please show me the true picture whether I will get my money back or Shall I stop bothering you guys.
