I had ordered a combo pack of activity book and T-shirt for my kid. I had not made my mind whether to purchase or not. So had kept the things in my shopping cart, but didnt pay for it. Since that day onward I started getting repeated calls from seventymm to force me to buy them. They even offered me some attractive combo gift and additional discount too. So finally I bought it.
After the online payment, I received the activity book in 1 week. When I checked the product, it was not even worth of Rs60/-, but for it they have charged approx Rs.160/-.
However, I never received the T-shirt at all.
Every time I call up their customer care, I received the responses like’It will get delivered in 2 days’ etc.
After few attempts, I gave up. I have never yet received the stuff I had ordered.
