I would like to inform you all that if you subsscribe to seventymm then be ready to face pathetic customer service. Some of my experiences are
1> Delay in Delivery
2> No response from customer care (nobody picks up the call)
3> Long wait to speak to customer care
4> Bad Quality DVDs at times
5> No response to any complaint
6> Delay in Pickup
I used it for more then 6 months and finally decided to cancel my subscription. I asked for refund on 28FEB07 but it has not come till date and nobody even tells that when it will come
If you are looking for servcie then seventymm is way below the mark

Hi Ramya,
This is further to my conversation to you on phone.
This week I asked for a pickup on Friday and it was supposed to be
picked up Saturday. Saturday afternoon (3:00 PM), I called up seventymm
customer care asking the status and a lady told me that the movies will be
picked/delivered today itself. The delivery did not happen till Monday
morning.
Same thing happened last week. The movies that I requested for pickup
on Friday got picked up only on Tuesday. I spoke to Melina about it and
told her to log a complaint on that. I am not sure whether she did it
or not as I did not see any follow up on my complaint.
I am extremely unhappy with the services of Seventymm. Would like to
see if you guys can turn things around or you will losse atleast me and
my friends as your customers.
