This service provider sucks. Full of Losers from Top Management till Lower Line, who give a damn about customers. Seems like the organization has achieved monitory targets but completely failed to achieve customer satisfaction, which is a key to survival in the Service Industry.
This company is at the mercy of its delivery department. Delivery boys have so high attitude as if they are the CEOs. They have the balls to tell you “Nahi deta DVD, jo Ukhaadna hai ukhaad le”. The customer services team promises that they will resolve your queries, but all they do is write issue closed without taking any action.
I came across their link on Twitter where the Seventymm team interacts with its customers. I have started posting my negative feedback on Seventymm page in twitter. I suggest all of you to do it as well so that Seventymm realizes that its not good to take people for a ride.
