I was ordering this T- shirt

There is scheme which says that if product is on sale and ready to ship and also above 500 then you will get 20% discount by applying code CLEAR20. but I’m not able to use that discount. I called customer care they said we are from sales department I called another number they said we are customer care call consulting department . Then a rude lady called and she was clueless why I am not getting that discount. I have never seen such a bad service and irregularities.
Please be aware of flashy schemes offered by them.
