Summary:
Offered me a package, but delivered less than half of that after taking money
No response from them on complaints

Last week they called me and gave an offer, i.e. Rs 1, 200 for 12 months, 2 DVDs at a time and a total of 100 DVDs.
However, when I received a confirmation email from them, it said that only 48 DVDs instead of 100 offered. When I spoke to customtakeouter care, their response was more like. the sales people are like that and I have to live with that. They refused to cancel my transaction and pay the money back.
I send an email to support@seventymm.com as they advised, and no response even after a week. I sent an email to CEO@seventymm.com(they have provided this on their website to contact him directly). To my surprise no response from that as well.
My advice. stay away from them. REAL CHEATS. If at all u want to go for this don’t believe in their offers and go for cash-on-delivery.
I doubt about their survival with this pathetic customtakeouter treatment and an irresponsible CEO.
