I joined seventymm in April-May 2008, only to be disillusioned by the(extremely) poor service and get my account cancelled in July 2008. The main reason was that though the pickup/delivery turnaround times are claimed to be quick, their contractors take much longer.(When they do come, they usually land at your doorstep without calling beforehand). This means that thought I might be on an unlimited plan, I cant watch more than 3-4 movies a month in any case because they take so long to pickup and deliver.
Ever since I got my account cancelled(and I sent a very long email explaining why I am leaving and how they can improve their service), I have made numerous phone calls and sent a number of emails requesting for my refundable deposit to be returned, but to no avail. Seventymm does not reply to emails or call back regarding the issue.
