Well, I had become inactive on mouthshut for some months.Thanks to all who read and rated.As for my refund, it never came back. Now the ownership has changed, so I have no hope of getting it either.Please learn from my bad experience and dont even think of joining seventymm.They have good advertisements, good website, good collection. But this is basically a service-driven sector, and their service is worst possible.They dont respond to e-mails. Their delhi phone number given on site does not work.
Their representatives don’t bother about your complaints and no response even to faxes at their delhi and banglore offices. Tried to get in touch with sales people who took the money from me, now evn they don’t respond. I received a DVD with wrong region, and they say your DVD player is faulty. I asked for a DVD, they send me a vcd. The horrible thing is that you rarely get to talk to these people . To some people, they offer free trial of 4 movies, to some it is unlimited for a month. They take 3-5 days to pick up and deliver a movie, so there is no point in going for an unlimited scheme as half of the time will be wasted in waiting for the movies to come.Trying to get refund from them for my security deposit. Shall update whatever happens
