I have been a member of seventymm.com for close to a year now[Had chosen the 1 year membership] and every time I go to ordering a movie online I end up choosing one that I never intended to watch as the Wishlist I made which has the list of movies I selected to watch later is always in the same state with status like Not available. To make it even worse sometimes you order one online and get another delivered. The customer care on the phone is way too busy killing all the interest you had in watching a movie.
When my membership was about to expire I got a call from the sales team asking me to redeem the membership for which I clearly replied I am not interested as I was not happy at all by the service offered.The response I got from the sales representative was shocking as he told me that seventymm would continue to do well even if I do not opt for the redemption and he told me nothing would happen if 4 or 5 people quit everyday as they have some 200 odd people that register on a daily basis. I wonder if they have forgotten chapter 1 of marketing and it was more of an insult that one can give such a response to an existing customer.
