This has been the worst thuggish experience.They give you great deals while becoming member but the very first time you are thrown out of grounds.A customer sales executive calls you up for membership and are repeatedly calling you up until you take the membership.once you are into their trap they vanish from the scene giving lame excuses.This is what transpired with "ME" and seventy mm sales executive
Day 1: I get a call and I don’t respond since its an unknown number
until day 5 I get repeated calls.
Day 5 : I pick the call and a sales exec. name Ramya talks very pleasantly giving and explaining wonderful offers(too good to believe) they try their best and rope you in.I ask them to call back again as I wanted to discuss it with people who watch movies back home.My parents are against it.
Day 7: She calls back again and convinces and pester you so much (I was out of town )so I ask her to give a call back.
Day 9: she calls back promptly on the given time and I agree to pay the buggers.She tells the account would be active as soon as I pay up within 10 min.
Day 10:the executive comes to pick up the cash.I ask about activation he says it would be done within 24Hrs.I call up ramya she says "mam will do it in 2 hrs" I say ok and give the money to the executive absconds.I get a message that my account is active at night around 11.I order for a movie.I’m promised by Ramya that DVDs would be delivered within 2"o"clock everyday.I was supposed to get few coupons(SDJ, Britanica, dvds dominos etc etc worth 5000)from the exec who cam eto collect cash.Then when asked Ramya says mam it’ll be sent with the 1st delivery.
Day 11: I get delivery of DVD after repeated calls to ramya at 4 in the evening, Ramya is never available for the call and mind you she has lunch from 1 o’clock to 4 o’clock.
She had promised a gold voucher of 2000 Rs on purchase of 5000Rs at any renowned outlets where as later I get to know its only via internet that I can make a purchase. The promised coupons with the `1st delivery is again postponed to second delivery I again call up customer care and they say Ramya is still having lunch & all the movies on their listing is old and not worth watching promise big deals saying movies owuld be listed 3 weeks after release but NO all movies are old
