Below are the issues that I have been facing with seventymm.com
1) Membership amount got credited from 2 credit cards.
I have been following up with them till now I haven’t received my amount.
2) The first day I didn’t receive the dvd(Bindass Telugu movie).
Though It was a Sunday and my parent and I was @ home I got a SMS that we are unable to deliver
the dvd since the door is looked or no body is there at the house - After calling them twice they added
1 extra day compensating that. But what’s the fun if I didn’t receive the DVD for the very first day

3) I have orded 2012 DVD and I received VCD with worst quality - No words can explain

4) At times we don’t received the DVD and you will get a mail and sms saving hope you enjoyed the movie
(Nayakudu(telugu) and Hum tum our gost (Hindi) were the two movie.
5) At times you don’t receive a movie and you won’t get a sms/mail what has happened when you call the customer care, they will tell you that the DVD/VCD you ordered is not in good shape you will get that movie on the next day.( You lost one day with out any reason and you will be waiting the whole day with out any information).
