Seventymm Experience

I have a bad experience using 70mm.com service.


I opted for a 3 months plan, at the end of second month they say my service has expired and I need to renew my account. When asked why they gave me no answers.


They have listed movies under my rental history without actually delivering the CD’s. When asked they said they will fix the issue, but nothing was done.


3 of the DVD’s I received never worked fine. I brought this to their notice, but no action was taken.


Pick up and delivery is very erratic, they don’t pick up for days once u place a request and they charge you for keep the disc for the extra days which was never your fault.


Their customer care always goes on voice mail and they never call back.


Not a great service for the money I paid. Don’t choose it if you have an option.


Most neighbor hood DVD’s parlors have a free home delivery system which you can depend on.
