I have been a subscriber of seventymm for the last 15 months. I had to keep this membership for long not because the service was good but because the procedure to cancel was tedious. The executives are cheaters and liars. They never deliver movies on time. They never adhere to the office/residence pickup options that we give. They are a shame and i would advise all you guys who plan to go for this service to think twice before you invest money. Overall, the service has been degraded considerably in recent times. I had to wait a month to get my new movies from the queue after making around 50 phone calls to the seventymm support.
I have requested for cancellation of my membership and is waiting to hear from them. So friends..please please..never to seventymm. Moreover, the call support people have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. I try in vain every time to tell them that im requesting for a pickup and they endup giving you some lame excuse for the pickup not happening. As and when i type this im getting another assurance from a customer executive tht movies will be picked up from my house asap. This is the 15th call im making to them to get the movies picked up!!!.
