I got a free month’s subscription from seventymm. They sent me 6 movies, 3 of which din’t play at all. This was against a security deposit of Rs. 1000.
I tried closing my account but they said tht our service is improved and you should try for one more month and we’ll give you double the number of movies for same price(Rs. 250). I agreed to try because the person on the phone just wouldn’t stop trying to convince me to use the service and wouldn’t listen to cancellation request.
Now I’m trying to cancel my account and reclaim my balance 750. 3 days and they haven’t been able to pickup 2 movies lying with me(1 of which never played). My cancellation wouldn’t be processed till the time they get these back. I’ve even offered to drop them to their myself, so sick I’m of this service.
