Let me start with a word of caution: I am a very recent member of this subscription and hence my review may have a beginner’s bias.Having said this, I am positively delighted by their service.
The prints of the movies I ordered so far, were pretty decent. One of the movies had a couple of scratches. But the rest of the DVDs were good. The delivery of the movies have always been on time.
One occasion when I did not get it was because of my mistake. No one was at home and the delivery boy can not deliver it to my neighbour because he also needs to collect the previous DVD from me.
Yet, as promised by the terms of membership, the delay of one day was added back to my membership by keeping my membership effective for a day longer (which I still believe is unfair to them).
My experience so far, has been very much contrary to the experiences shared by the other reviewers.
