Good Service but Misuse of Credit Card(Id: 590571)

During trial period, there were 2-3 instances when the movie was not delivered or disc quality was bad, after speaking to them, then extended my expiry date for 5 days considering all issues one by one. I have also received SMS that my expiry date is extended but seventymm renewed my subscription and charged my card before expiry date.


In spite of sending many mails and posted feedback to their site, no response from customer care. When I spoke to customer care for refunding the amount, the customer care (shireesh) was just arguing. I am not complaining for the services provided by them. I found service is excellent. I am still interested to continue later but misuse of standing instruction for credit card will not be acceptable at any cost. I am still talking to them for refund, if it gets done. I’ll update you all. [Updated on 8th March 2011]


Finally after sending mails to CEO, I got a call from them and they have refunded the amount.
