Got a free subscription with a Dell PC I bought. The redemption coupon didn’t work since there was no option on the site. Got a call within minutes of registering, offering to sell me some other plans with discounts and free gifts. Paid up for a plan; never heard anything about the "free gifts" after that. Received a couple of movies and then complete silence.
Finally get a call offering a discount voucher for online purchase and that my movie rental subscription would be cancelled. To utilise the voucher, had to purchase something of higher value and pay the difference. Vast majority of the products marked "Ready to ship" were actually not available.
Anyway, placed the order, paid the difference.and true to form.complete silence since then.
Wish the aggression of the call center staff was reflected even a tiny percentage in the ethics, integrity and customer service of this company.
