I subscribed for the service as soon as they launced in Bangalore. Some of my friends at that time recommended ot too. In one of the events in Bangalore they distributed their brouchre.
Being a lazy person as I am and keen to se movies at home in my own theatre, I decided to become a member for a longer duration. I subscribed for 6 months. I asked for the movie Waqt, specified many times that it is the old one with Balraj Shni, Rajkumar etc and was told that they have and will send it. Along with that I asked for one more. They took more time than they had promised to send and when I enquired they said they would send it that day. Then though I had given them my address they again clarified , land marks etc and finally the movies arrived.
I was very disappointed that they sent the new ’Waqt’ and the other movie print was not up to the mark. I told them so and then they apologized promising to send the correct one the next time.
They made the same mistake again and sent me the sme movie again. Then I asked them to take it back and wish to cancel my membership.
They never cam back to collect the movies and keep on reminding me of the return of the movies.
They did not bother about servicing better nor did they take my cancellation request. I lost the money, no movies from them but continue to get Offers / schemes of Sevenymm.
How is the company still in business....
