Never felt cheated like this. This is shame on the name of services. They can never meet even the 30% of what they claim on their website or aids.
The basic problems are :
No surety of in-time delivery and they are experts of screwing weekends.
No fixed timings for delivery. Sometimes on Workdays they deliver by 7 30 PM and expect you to be in office to collect the CD.They even expect you to be at home all the day waiting for a bloody disk because they dont know when can their delivery boy make it.
If you want a change in scheduled delivery address from office to home or home to office forget about it. Even if you inform by 8 30 AM (Which is the start of working hours for customer care) their delivery boys have left.
No co-ordination between costumer care and delivery department. What-ever you complaint is never gonna be reflected on delivery.
No value of words for customer-care executive or a floor-manager . They can promise anything for
completion of the call, but never gonna be executed.
- When they want you to re-new the service, they give a lot of promises like "Due to previous
dis-satisfactions You have been put into VIP list and we will take a special care for your deliveries " . Its
translation is "We wanna make a fool out of you for next 3 months"
Summary : stay away from 70 mm . Better pay 760rs to poor DVD seller near ur [place .
