Worst Customer Service Ever

Do you want the greatest headache in your life? Place an order on Seventymm.com. This company is only into the making a quick buck in a short span of time with absolutely ZERO customer centricity.

Their so called customer (s)care does not exist or is actually staffed by folks who share the ideology that "customers need us and not us, them." You have an option of raising a ticket (queries) on their webpage- other than raising the query which will go into the blackhole called customer care at seventymm, as a customer you need not expect any reply from them.

If you want to know the status of your order placed with them (their supply chain is so weak that the minimum time taken for a product to be shipped (not delivered) is 10 working days (only weekdays mon-friday, rest of the days don’t count).

Their promise of 48 hr (or else Rs 100 back) shipping of at least a part of the order is simply FAKE. On the website a part of the order (free items) is shown as "shipped" almost the moment you raise the order (some script must be doing that) but you can expect delivery a good 5 days later (as in my case) that too, it’ll not be the main order.

Also in the meantime if you call up the customer care, they’ll tell you your order is "shipped" and at the same time ask you to enhance the order by paying some more and they would give you vouchers etc. When you remind them that boss, just now you told me that the item is already shipped, how do you add another 32GB (Playbook in my case, first and LAST order).

Along the way, they sputter and say ’oh, you’re order will be shipped just now...so can I send a 64GB one in place of 32GB for only additional Rs 8000"- what would you tell them? I did the same..."Buzz off! Just send me my initial order and close this." For the 5 emails (4 reminders for the first one) and 4 tickets I raised on their website-

I got ZERO responses even though the promise is reply in 4 hours. I wrote a mail to the CEO in frustration but Mr Mudit Khosla is too important and busy a man to look into problems raised by a poor customer.

So here I am, awaiting the auspicious day they would send my Blackberry Playbook and then will update further on my experiences with the delivery etc.

My advise to those who are looking to buy online products...you are better of (much better of, in fact) sticking to Flipkart who’s never failed me once. I simply rue that I could not make this purchase on Flipkart as it was not available there.

Well, lesson learnt! Never again will I use Seventymm...in fact will set a filter on my laptop to avoid the site altogether!
