I do not know of any competing service that will meet my needs:

Range of choice especially children’s movies and classics, regional language movies (For example, Marathi movies in Bangalore)
DVD quality
Legal prints

Getting selected movies: If you ask for movies in high demand, then it may take some time. especially, if you have other movies in the queue, then they will keep on sending those ones. They need to improve their algorithm to ensure that.they can assure outer limit (such as one month) to get you the movie you want even if it means they need to buy additional copies. We normally choose non-block buster movies (which are not available in nearby video shops) and getting them had never been a problem. I think there is some confusion on the movie queue concept in the users. The queue is just our priority and 70mm will develier any movie as per their availability.
Delivery time: I think they need to let user select delivery window of 2 hours (such as 8-10AM, 10-12 noon) etc. and stick to that. In case of any issues, they need to proactively call and inform that they cannot meet the committment and get alternate delivery/pickup appointment. I get my DVDS delivered to office on weekdays and the person comes around 1 to 2 PM so this had never been a problem for me.
In spite of these issues, I am willing to live with this service, unless I get a better option in Bangalore.
