Good collection/service needs fine tuning

I agreed to take up a subscription when they offered some free movies and encyclopedia for keeps. The first few deliveries came in as promised- and then - the 8th or 9th movie didn’t arrive. The warehouse number they provided was of no use. No one picks up. looks like a mobile phone that the person responsible forgot to carry with him. The call centre closes by 7 pm. No help there either. Next day I told them my problem. Movie was delivered that day. How ’bout the freebies? That took 3 calls and a week’s waiting for it to arrive. Some stock out problem according to an SMS I got from them. Take out the trouble I had to take, it wasn’t a bad deal.


Couldn’t get all the movies I wanted. 6 of the 25 in my list became unavailable just as I felt like ordering them. They have some kind of alert system. Got to call the call centre to get it activated.


They can do with some more automation.
