Never take membership of seventymm. at least first try them out for a month before taking any long term membership.
most of their dvds are scratched and stop playing 3/4ths through the movie
they WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY if you want to cancel your membership.
they charge you for a dvd even if you say you could not watch it coz it was terribly scratched.
they never deliver movies as per your priority in queue.
in spite of writing and telephoning to their customer service, all I got was some of the usual typical responses which many customer unfriendly companies give. in short, your complaint would never be attended to.
never give autodebit or ecs authority to their membership. you will not be given any refunds as per my experience.
BIGFLIX is much much better. I switched over and have not regretted ever since. but, of course, never got the refund of my 6 month membership from seventymm.
my advise. go for BIGFLIX. stay away from seventymm. even if you are smooth talked into it, try seventymm only for one month. I am sure you will close your membership in 2 weeks itself.
